This is the inspection report for the cooling furoshiki by a third-party organization (Kaken).
Assuming the transport of fresh (refrigerated) food in the summer, we investigated the temperature change of a 2-liter PET bottle cooled to 5°C.
Bacteria on meat multiply easily between 15°C and 50°C.
In a 35°C environment, it took approximately 40 minutes for water at 5°C in a plastic bottle to reach 15°C when left uncovered, while it took approximately 160 minutes when wrapped in a cooling furoshiki.
With a cooling furoshiki, you can carry your groceries for up to 2 and a half hours after shopping.
We conducted an experiment.
We compared how long meat would stay cool in a car at approximately 30°C, comparing a pack of meat wrapped in a cooling furoshiki versus one in a commercially available cooler bag.
