Q: Is it okay to put hot food in it?

A: There is no problem with lunch boxes heated in the microwave. Please be careful when using it as soup etc. may leak if tilted.

Q: Is it okay to put sharp objects in it?

A: If you put something with a sharp point in the eco bag, it may tear. We recommend that you wrap the item in newspaper or a towel before putting it in.

Q: If it gets dirty, can it be washed?

A: Yes, you can wash it in the washing machine. In that case, please use a laundry net and wash it alone with a neutral detergent.
*Do not use bleach.
*After washing, hang to dry in the shade.

Q: Can I iron it?

A: You can iron it at low temperature using a pressing cloth (dry cloth).
*If you use a wet cloth to apply the product, the color may transfer to the cloth.

Q:Is there a warranty?

A: In the case of defective products (unused products only), we will exchange them for new ones. In that case, the deadline for acceptance is within one month after we send the product. Also, if there are loose threads or broken threads, we will repair them free of charge within three months after we send the product. (Shipping costs will be shared). We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us in advance.
