Is it okay to put hot food in it?

There is no problem with lunch boxes heated in the microwave, etc. However, please be careful when using it as soup etc. may leak if tilted.

Is it okay to put sharp objects in it?

Putting sharp objects into the eco bag may tear it. We recommend wrapping the item in newspaper or a towel before putting it in.

If it gets dirty, can I wash it?

It can be washed in a washing machine. In that case, please use a laundry net and wash it alone with a neutral detergent.

Can I iron it?

It can be ironed at low temperature using a pressing cloth (dry cloth).

Is there a guarantee?

In the case of defective products (unused products only), we will exchange them for new ones. In this case, the deadline for acceptance is within one month after our shipment. In addition, if there are frayed or broken threads, we will repair them free of charge within three months after our shipment. (Shipping costs will be shared).
